Who We Are
The Student Advisory Board (SAB) is a student led organization within the Michigan State University Masters of Public Health program. This organization has an internal executive leadership team who helps execute student events as well as research volunteer and services opportunities. The president, vice president, social media coordinator, and volunteer coordinator are all involved with this service experience. Members of the SAB also serve as student representatives on Department of Public Health committees. Those committees include the accreditation committee, curriculum committee, stakeholder advisory committee, and the workforce development committee. The SAB has had success engaging the student community in webinars and panels such as the Job Application Tips & Tricks Seminar in April 2023.
The team behind the Air Quality Awareness Week include the president, Liz McCormick, vice president Anna Pantuso, social media coordinator Kendra Shannon, and curriculum committee student representative Katlin Harwood-Schelb.
